Why the Gold Property rebrand is more than just a logo change
In May 2021, Gold Property revealed its new brand identity. Here's the story.
The new look Gold Property is the culmination of six months hard work and over 20 years of building the homes our clients love.
It is a stark change from the look and feel of the previous branding and for good reason.
Gold Property has grown into a multi-award winning company. In the last 2 years, the team has won back-to-back Home Builder Awards, picking up the Luxury Homebuilder of the Year South East England and the Most Anticipated Green Home Development for Fairbrook Grove, Faversham. The Passive House development in Kent also won a WhatHouse? Award for the Best Sustainable Development.
In light of these outstanding achievements, Gold Property felt they needed to adopt a new style and identity that warrants such accolades.

The rebrand also brings together both Gold Property and Gold Construction, under one roof. Gold Construction officially joined the Gold family in the spring of 2020. The experienced team is recognised in the market for its expertise in delivering outstanding projects on time, on budget and for surpassing clients’ expectations.
